This Privacy Policy explains how Elevatum Health™ ("Elevatum Health," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our website and application. We only collect the information needed to operate the platform and deliver personalized health and fitness guidance. We do not fabricate or infer health data you have not entered.

When you create an account, we collect and store:

• Your email address
• Profile information you provide (such as date of birth, measurements, equipment, and preferences)
• Authentication details, including sign-in method (email and password, or Google sign-in)

To provide coaching and platform functionality, you may choose to store health and fitness information, including:

• Workout history
• Exercise performance
• Nutrition information
• Weight
• Recovery data
• Sleep tracking
• Hydration tracking
• Goals
• Progress history

This information is stored solely to provide personalized coaching and platform functionality. You control whether the AI Coach may use your health data from your Account Hub privacy settings.

Our AI-powered features may process information you submit in order to generate personalized guidance. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Workout data
• Nutrition data
• Progress history
• Health Context
• Coach Memory
• Coach Timeline
• Meal photos
• Barcode scans
• Food search requests

AI responses are generated to provide personalized health and fitness guidance. AI-generated guidance is informational only and is not medical advice.

When you use the AI Meal Scanner, uploaded food photos are analyzed to estimate nutritional information. You may review and edit the detected foods before saving them to your log.

When you scan a product barcode, we retrieve publicly available nutritional information to assist with food logging.

Elevatum Health builds a long-term, personalized health profile using your historical information in order to improve recommendations over time.

The AI Coach can remember long-term information you choose to share, including your preferences, goals, milestones, injuries, favorite exercises, recurring struggles, and other details relevant to your coaching. You may review, edit, or remove Coach Memory information at any time.

You may receive emails from us regarding:

• Email verification
• Password resets
• Email changes
• Welcome emails
• Premium subscription confirmations
• Important account notifications

Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe. Elevatum Health does not store full payment card information.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including row-level security so that only you can access your records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited processing may occur through trusted infrastructure, payment, and AI providers solely to deliver the service.

You can:

• Edit your information
• Delete your information
• Update or remove Coach Memory
• Manage notifications
• Cancel Premium
• Request account deletion

You can download a copy of your personal data or permanently delete your account at any time from the Privacy section of your Account Hub. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated logs.
