By creating an account or using Elevatum Health™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information so that the coaching engine can generate appropriate recommendations.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or misuse the AI features
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Elevatum Health provides AI-powered fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only.

• AI responses are informational only.
• AI coaching should not replace licensed medical professionals.
• You should consult qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns.

• Nutrition estimates are approximations.
• The Meal Scanner and Barcode Scanner may not always be perfectly accurate.
• You remain responsible for reviewing nutritional information before relying on it.

Premium features may change as the platform evolves. Premium currently includes features such as:

• AI Coach
• Health Context
• Coach Memory
• Coach Timeline
• AI Meal Scanner
• Barcode Scanner
• Weekly AI Reports
• Monthly Performance Reviews
• Advanced analytics

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• Billing is securely handled through Stripe.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time from your Account Hub.
• Refunds are governed by the current subscription settings in effect at the time of purchase.

Elevatum Health™, our logos, graphics, website content, AI systems, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Elevatum Health™ and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevatum Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to those relating to:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss
• AI inaccuracies or errors
• Third-party integrations and services

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
